Golden Axe

Golden Bug Net
You’ll need to catch every type of bug in the game to get the Golden Bug Net!

Golden Fishing Rod
You’ll need to catch every type of fish in the game to get the Golden Fishing Rod!

Golden Shovel
If you bury a regular shovel in the ground and then dig it up after 4 days, it will become a Golden Shovel.

Golden Slingshot
Shoot eight balloons and it will randomly come in another flying balloon.

Golden Watering Can
Get a Perfect Town Rating for 15 days and then go and talk to Pelly at the Town Hall.

Silver Axe

Find Resetti’s Surveillance Center in the City and he’ll give you the Silver Shovel.

Purchase at Nook’s.

Silver Watering Can
Purchase 50 bags of seed at Nook’s.

Mario Items
Shoot down balloons and once in a while you’ll obtain a Mario Item: [?] Block, Brick Block, Brick Flooring, Cannon, Coin, Fire Bar, Fire Flower, Flagpole, Green Koopa Shell, Green Pipe, Mushroom Mural, Star, Super Mushroom, and 1-Up Mushroom.

Mush Furniture Set
Pick up mushrooms during the fall, especially after 3pm. Some may contain hidden furniture.

Snowman Furniture Set
When it snows, roll a large snowball. Then, roll a medium-sized snowball on top of it to create a snowman. He’ll send you a random piece of furniture.

Spooky Furniture Set
Everyone in town will be dressed up like Jack that day, but you have to find the real Jack. He will not chase you, but you’ll have to give him candy you bought at Nook’s during the month of November. He’ll give you “Spooky” furniture. If you’re persistent, you’ll find the whole collection.

Pirate Ship Items
Give Pascal a non-white scallop when he shows up in town. He’ll give you one of these items: Anchor, Barrel, Ship’s Helm, Keg, Sea-view Wallpaper, Ship’s Cannon, Ship’s Compass, or Ship’s Deck Flooring.

Some gifts will become available during certain dates, depending on your region.

Trophies
You can earn the Fish and Bug Trophy by catching the biggest fish at the Fishing Tourney and the biggest bug at the Bug-Off Tourney.

Town Hall Model
In the first year anniversary since you started the game, you’ll receive the Town Hall Model in a letter from Tortimer.

Birthday Cake
Talk to the neighbors on your birthday.

Rewards for Saving:
Save Bells at the Bank and you’ll get Rewards according to your amount of savings:

Shopping Card: Deposit 10,000 Bells at the bank.
Box of Tissues: Deposit 100,000 Bells at the bank.
Piggy Bank: Deposit 10,000,000 Bells at the bank.
Gold Card: Reach "VIP" status at the bank.

Rewards for Donating:
Donate money to the Town Fund at the Town Hall to unlock the following Town Landmarks:
